These terms cover your use of QuantBets Lab (the website, the member app, our emails and our Telegram channel). By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What we provide
QuantBets Lab publishes educational analysis of betting markets: AI-generated scores, ratings and written reasoning for football and tennis matches, and a public record of past results. It is information, not betting advice. We do not take bets, hold money for betting, or place bets for you.
2. You must be 18 or older
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling where you live if that is higher. Betting may be restricted or illegal where you live, and checking that is your responsibility.
3. No guarantee of results
A score is a ranking, not a promise. No pick is a sure thing. Past results do not predict future results. Betting involves risk of loss, and you can lose money. Only bet what you can afford to lose. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans (Basic and Pro) are sold and billed through Whop. Whop handles payments, renewals and cancellations, and its own terms apply to those. After you buy, log in on the member app with the same email you used at Whop. See our refund policy for cancellations and refunds.
5. Personal use only
Member content is for your personal use. Please do not resell, republish, screenshot-share or otherwise pass on picks, scores or analysis to other people, and do not share your login. We may suspend or end access if we see this.
6. Changes to the service and to these terms
We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the service, including its features, plans and prices, at any time. If we change these terms, the new version is posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any losses from betting or for decisions you make using our content, and our total liability to you for anything related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
