We collect as little personal data as we can. This page explains what we collect, why, and what your choices are.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you buy a plan, log in, or ask for the free results history.
- Login and IP logs: when you log in, and the IP address the request came from. We use them to keep accounts secure and to stop abuse.
- Your Whop membership status: whether you have an active Basic or Pro plan. We do not see or store your card details. Whop handles payment.
Why we use it
- To let you log in and to give you the plan you paid for.
- To send service emails, such as your login link.
- To send the free results history email, if you asked for it, and the emails you agreed to receive. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Who processes it
We use these companies to run the service. They process data on our behalf:
- Whop for payments and membership.
- Resend for sending email.
- Vercel for hosting.
- Turso for our database.
- Cloudflare for DNS and network security.
We do not sell your data
We never sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link at the bottom of each one.
- Deletion: email hello@quantbetslab.com and we will delete your data on request, apart from anything we must keep by law. You can also ask what we hold about you.
